Opening a personal account is required to use oq99's services. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited.

• Each user must have their own unique login credentials.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Any suspicious login or unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use our services. oq99 may request a government-issued ID or other supporting documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be suspended until age verification is complete. Registering with a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of all related deposits and winnings.

oq99 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security and proper operation of the platform. Users may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID, passport, or driving licence. Information to confirm ownership of a payment method may also be requested.

• Once KYC documents are submitted, the team will verify them as quickly as possible.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is incomplete.
• All submitted documents are stored with secure encryption.

The following categories of individuals may not use oq99's services:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Those who have taken a self-exclusion from this platform.
• oq99 officers, employees, or members of their immediate family.
• Those whose previous accounts were closed due to fraud or breach of terms.

Funds may be deposited on oq99 only through supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• The owner of the deposit account and the oq99 account must be the same person.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, provided KYC verification has been completed. Supported withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• oq99 reserves the right to place unusual withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

The oq99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 (calculated on the bonus portion only).
• Example: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
• The bonus applies only once per account.
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds — specific conditions apply.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

oq99 may offer additional promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

oq99 operates on a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined through impartial and verifiable methods. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots or automated betting methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in a game.
• Gaining bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users.
• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

oq99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular when:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• KYC information is inaccurate or the user fails to cooperate with verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, arrangements will be made to withdraw any valid balance.

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, server issue, or loss of connection, oq99 will review the situation and make an appropriate decision. oq99 reserves the right to void incorrect values or abnormal winnings that result from an evident technical error. In such circumstances, the user's original deposit amount will be refunded.

All content on the oq99 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is intellectual property protected by oq99. This content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any way without prior written permission from oq99.

oq99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages suffered by any user. The maximum liability related to use of the platform shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question. Online gaming carries financial risk — all decisions are made entirely at the user's own responsibility.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be set aside and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceability of one provision will not void the agreement as a whole.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between oq99 and the user. No oral or written promise outside of these Terms will be considered valid.
